Frequently Asked Questions

How can we reserve your photography service and what are the payment methods?

For reservation, a signed agreement and non refundable deposit of £250 required except for the Platinum Package where  non refundable deposit of £550 is required. You can make the payment in via Bank transfer, online payment portal (sent with invoice). Once payment has been remitted your date is then fully reserved and I will not accept any other clients for that date.

When do we get to see our wedding photos or wedding album?

If you have opted for the Gold or Platinum packages you will get to view up to 30 images within 24-48 hours. After I finish editing all your wedding photos I will send your USB stick to you via recorded delivery and upload 50 images to  your online gallery. Average turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks. I use one of the best printers for Photo-books. An average time for an Album/Photobook is 6 weeks. For months within wedding season, Albums may take up to 8 weeks (but you will be duly informed and updated).

Do you travel outside of the UK?

Yes I do! I travel all over the world to make sure couples get those great shots and expected service. Rates will vary to those advertised. For a more tailored quote please contact me at

Can I get my money back if I cancel?

Yes, if you have made full payment prior to the date of service you will get a partial refund (deposit not included). If  for any reason you change the date the service is required arrangements can be made for an alternative date if my team and or I are available to accommodate. I recommend all couples get wedding insurance to cover any wedding costs due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you have Insurance?

Yes I do and I would be happy to send a copy via email. Not only that I am also first aid trained to ensure you and your guests are in safe hands.
